Carlos hat uns den Mietwagen zum Hotel gebracht und war sehr freundlich. Es gab keinerlei Versuche uns noch zusätzliche Versicherungen zu verkaufen. Die Kaution wurde sofort nach der Rückgabe zurück erstattet. Unser Hyundai I30 war in einem einwandfreien Zustand, abgesehen von ein paar Kratzern.Über die Carwave Madeira Map bekommt man ausgewählte Sehenswürdigkeiten angezeigt und kann direkt dorthin navigieren. Android Auto hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir können diese Autovermietung ohne Abstriche empfehlen.

Haben uns 2x für mehrere Tage ein Auto geliehen. Super einfache Abwicklung, keine versteckten Kosten oder ähnliches. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Konnten das Auto sogar am Flughafen abstellen bzw. es wurde dort entgegengenommen.

I recently rented from car wave for a 3 day Madeira visit. From start to end I was impressed with their services. They bring the car to you in the airport and pick it up as well. They are flexible with timing and the documentation process is very straight forward. They provide you with a map as well of points of interest. They also do not make you pay or sign up for any kind of crazy insurance like other rental care companies do, which I appreciated alot. The car I had also was very new and clean. Johnny did a great job with dropping the car off for us. I highly recommend them.
