Hands down the best rental company I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Carlos and Johnny could not have made things easier. Pickup and drop off at the airport was seamless. In addition, the car was also involved in a hit and run while it was parked - I messaged Carlos and Johnny immediately and they responded by asking if the car was drivable and if so, “don’t worry and enjoy your trip” that alone put me at ease to be able to enjoy the car and Madeira. 10/10 highly recommend!!

We rented a car for 2 days to travel around the island and the experience was seamless. After trying to rent an automatic car on the day at a few different places we found Carwave through good reviews. We managed to arrange an automatic car within a few hours very easily. Not having much experience with steep and windy roads I found the car very easy and enjoyable to drive. We got a flat tire a few hours before returning the car and they were very helpful and understanding about the situation. Carlos was also very personable and willing to help with recommendations at any time.

SUPER RECOMENDABLE 👌🏻 , personal atento, y muy muy amable súper simpático nos atendió Carlos un venezolano que se nos abrió el cielo cuando él nos escuchó y nos habló en español 🫶🏻sentimos mucha confianza y obviamente nos explicó por mapas y wuassap los mejores lugares, las mejores horas ... un sin fin de detalles que ha hecho que nuestra luna de miel sea perfecta! El coche limpio y muy nuevo ! Y EL PRECIO INMEJORABLE puedes contratar por online o allí mismo en la oficina! Te llevan el coche donde lo necesites GRACIAS A CARWAVE por ayudarnos tantísimo 👏🏻 no lo dudes ellos !!!!!!!!

Decir solo que la atención en buena, es quedarme corto, no recuerdo de gente más profecional que ellos, son amables, atento, educados por demás y muy interesados en que tu viaje sea una experienciaincreible , se han esmerado en darnos datos de los lugares, de cómo estar actualizados en el clima para que no nos condicionará los días y de darnos un vehículo muy fiable en todos los aspectos y a un muy buen precio, los recomiendo por demás y se que quien después de leer esta reseña estará más que de acuerdo conmigo. Un ejemplo de trabajadores.
